RED AUERBACH YOUTH FOUNDATION STATE FREE THROW CHAMPIONSHIP

Run in collaboration with the Massachusetts Basketball Coaches Association, RAYF sponsors this annual competition which crowns a girls' and boys' state free throw champion. Qualifications for this event begin at each high school in the state and proceed to league and sectional competition. The semi-final competition then selects four girls and four boys, representing the northern, southern, central and western parts of Massachusetts to compete in the finals at a Boston Celtics game at the TDBankNorth Garden.
